Just wanted to share a portion of a letter I received from Jim Decker the other day:
Seeing Onerenee (Howie Hodes), Spags (Joe Spagnolo), Cindy Kelso, Ann Bladen et al after all these years was an emotional experience. We've all changed but yet again, we're still very much the same. I have great memories of our high school years and value the friendships that we made and experiences we shared with each other -- those times in life that seem so ordinary while living them and so sacred when they disappear forever."

Hi, Sorry I did not make it to the reunion. Thank you, Ann, for inviting me and taking charge of it. It sounds that you all had a
wonderful time. Looking at the names from our class, I must say that I do not recognize any, except Deena Weinstein
(Shermett), which is not a surprise, because I was the one from Europe who could not speak much English and had a hard
time adjusting. Now that I work in the school (Special Eduation), I see that certified teachers for English as a Second
Language are hired to help the students from other countries. It has been a long time, 45 years, I can't believe it!

Tom & I will be picking up Charlotte Beadel Brooks for Doug's on Saturday! Can't wait to see you all!
I'm sorry I won't be able to attend the reunion. I had held out hopes for being there for at least Friday, but I'm needed at home to support my husband with his surgery scheduled right after that weekend. I've loved catching up with many through the e-mails and Facebook and look forward to hearing from more of you. Thank you Anne for working the internet so efficiently. Have a wonderful time and post lots of photos. I'll be thinking of you all.
